Scheduling Policies
Cancellation Policy
There is no deposit required for booking, and no penalties for cancellations or rescheduling if you notify us before your appointment. Failure to notify us of cancellations or rescheduling will result in your appointment being marked as a no-call, no-show.
We allow up to 2 no-call, no-show instances before incurring a 50% service fee penalty.
Payment Policy
Payments can be made with a card before or after your appointment. We are unable to accept cash at this time.
